Directions
Peel potatoes and place in saucepan, cover
with cold water. Bring to a boil and cover
pot, simmer for 20 minutes or until potatoes
are tender. Drain well. Mash potatoes with
an up and down movement, then push to the
sides of the pan, creating a well in the
middle. Add Molly McButter® sprinkles
to warmed milk, add mixture to potatoes
and incorporate quickly into potatoes until
a creamy consistency is reached. Season
with salt and pepper, if desired.
