Broccoli Cheese Pasta Salad
Ingredients:
• 1 cup (250mL) uncooked rotini pasta
• 2 cups (500mL) fresh broccoli florets
• 1 small red bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 1 small yellow bell pepper, seeded and diced
• 2 tsp. (10mL) olive oil
• 5 Tbsp. (75mL) Molly Mc Butter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles

Cook Time: 10 min
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain.
2. Cook broccoli florets in simmering water until crisp-tender. Rinse in cool water and drain.
3. Sauté red and yellow peppers in 2 tsp. (10mL) olive oil over medium heat.
4. Add broccoli florets, and toss.
5. Sprinkle Molly Mc Butter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles over vegetables.
