Broccoli Cheese Pasta Salad
A pasta salad with broccoli, peppers and cheese.
rotini pasta (uncooked)
fresh broccoli florets
red bell pepper (seeded and diced)
yellow bell pepper (seeded and diced)
Molly McButter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles
Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain. Cook broccoli florets in simmering water until crisp-tender. Rinse in cool water and drain. Sauté red and yellow peppers in 2 tsp. (10mL) olive oil over medium heat. Add broccoli florets, and toss. Sprinkle Molly Mc Butter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles over vegetables.
