Directions
Preheat oven to 400°F.
Place a large sheet of heavy aluminum foil
on a baking pan. Roll edges to keep liquid
inside. Place the asparagus on the foil
and sprinkle with lemon zest. Whisk together
chicken broth and Molly McButter® sprinkles.
Pour over asparagus and fold up aluminum
foil and seal. Bake for 20 minutes or until
asparagus are al dente. Place the asparagus
on a platter, pour the juices over and serve
immediately, garnished with parsley or lemon
zest.
