Steamed Buttery Asparagus

Ingredients:
• 1 lb. (500g) asparagus
• 2 tsp (10mL) grated lemon zest
• 1/4 cup (60mL) chicken broth
• 1/4 cup (60mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor sprinkles
• Fresh parsley or lemon zest, optional

Cook Time: 20 min
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 400°F. Place asparagus in an 8” square baking dish; sprinkle with lemon zest.
2. Whisk together chicken broth and Molly McButter®; pour over asparagus and cover with aluminum foil.
3. Bake for 20 minutes or until asparagus are al dente. Serve immediately with juices. Garnish with parsley or additional lemon zest if desired.
