Instructions:
1. 1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan and cover with water. Bring potatoes to a boil and simmer for 20 minutes or until tender. Drain well.
2. 2. Mash potatoes and create a well in the center. Add Molly McButter® to warmed milk; add mixture to potatoes and incorporate until a creamy consistency is reached. Season with salt and pepper before serving, if desired.
