Broccoli Rice Asiago Savory Pie

Ingredients:
• 1/2 cup (125mL) finely minced onion
• 1/4 cup (60mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 1/4 cup (60mL) fat free cream cheese
• 1/4 cup (60mL)shredded Asiago cheese
• 1/2 tsp (2mL) dried thyme
• 1 tsp (5mL) dried parsley
• 1 cup (250mL) skim milk
• 3 large eggs
• 1 cup (250mL) broccoli
• 3/4 cup (180mL) cooked long grain rice
• vegetable oil spray

Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 35 min
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Spray a 9” (23cm) oven-safe glass pie dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Spray a non-stick skillet with vegetable oil spray, cook onions over medium heat until lightly browned.
4. Stir in 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Molly McButter®.
5. Cook broccoli until crisp tender.
6. Remove to large bowl, add cheeses and herbs. Blend in milk, lightly beaten eggs, remaining Molly McButter®, broccoli and cooked rice.
7. Pour into prepared pie plate.
8. Bake on center rack for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, place under broiler for 5 minutes until slightly browned.
9. Remove from oven and let set for 10 minutes before serving. Loosen outer edge before cutting.
