Mini Bread Twists

Ingredients:
• 1 package active dried yeast
• 1 tsp (5mL) sugar
• 3/4 cup (180mL) warm water
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 2 cups (500mL) all purpose flour
• 1 large egg white

Serves: 30
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 10 min to 12 min
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
2. Dissolve yeast and sugar in warm water.
3. Add 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Molly McButter® to flour, mix with yeast mixture until a smooth dough forms (can be done in food processor).
4. Cut dough in 30 pieces. Roll each piece into a rope, shape in pretzel form and place on cookie sheet.
5. Brush with beaten egg white, sprinkle with rest of Molly McButter®.
6. Place in oven for 10 to 12 minutes until golden brown.
7. (Note: Dough can also be made into bread sticks).
