Easy Peach Crisp

Ingredients:
• 6 cups (1.5L) peeled, sliced peaches (frozen, thawed, drained, or fresh
• 1 tsp (5mL) lemon juice
• 1/4 cup (60mL)firmly packed brown sugar
• 1 Tbsp. (15mL) all purpose flour
• 1/2 tsp (2mL) cinnamon
• 1 cup (250mL) quick or old fashioned oats, uncooked
• 1/4 cup (60mL) firmly packed brown sugar
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) canola vegetable oil
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 1 Tbsp. (15mL) water
• 1/4 tsp (1mL) cinnamon
Serves: 8
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 30 min to 35 min
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. For filling combine peaches and lemon juice in 8x8" (20x20cm) square baking dish.
3. Add sugar, flour and cinnamon; stir until peaches are evenly coated.
4. For topping, combine all ingredients; mix well. Sprinkle over fruit mixture.
5. Bake 30-35 minutes or until fruit is tender and topping is golden brown.
6. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream or frozen yogurt, if desired.
