Grilled Rainbow Trout

Ingredients:
• 4 small rainbow trout
• 4 Tbsp. (60mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles, divided
• 1/2 cup (125mL) onion, minced
• 1/2 cup (125mL) red pepper, minced
• aluminum foil
• vegetable Oil Spray
• fresh lime juice

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 8 min to 10 min
Instructions:
1. Preheat barbecue or grill to medium high.
2. Prepare 4 sheets of foil, large enough to wrap each trout. Lightly spray each sheet with vegetable spray.
3. Fill each trout cavity with 1/4 of the onion and red pepper.
4. Sprinkle each fish with 1 Tbsp. (15mL) of Molly McButter® and fresh lime juice.
5. Seal each foil package and grill 8-10 minutes in total, turning once during cooking.
