Seasoned Bread Crumbs

Ingredients:
• 4 slices Italian bread
• 1/3 cup (80mL) grated Parmesan Cheese
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
Serves: 2/3 cup

Instructions:
1. Toast bread and let dry out.
2. Add dry bread chunks to food processor or blender.
3. Add cheese, Molly McButter® and Mrs. Dash®. Process until fine.
4. Notes: These delicious crumbs can be used to bread fish, veal scaloppini, or as topping for vegetables or casseroles.
