Low Fat Creamy Fettucine

Ingredients:
• 3 cups (750mL) whole milk
• 1/4 cup (60mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
• 1/4 cup (60mL) cornstarch
• 1/4 cup (60mL) water
• 1 cup (250mL) grated low fat mozzarella cheese
• 1 lb. (500g) fettucine, cooked
• fresh parsley, for garnish

Instructions:
1. Combine milk, Molly McButter®, and Mrs. Dash® in a medium sauce pan and bring to a boil. Mix together cornstarch and water in small bowl; carefully stir in cornstarch mixture into hot milk mixture, stirring constantly.
2. Let sauce simmer for 2 minutes; remove from heat.
3. Slowly add grated mozzarella cheese and stir until cheese melts. Pour sauce over cooked pasta and sprinkle with fresh parsley, if desired.
