Creamy Broccoli & Penne Pasta

Ingredients:
• 8 Oz. (250g) penne pasta, uncooked
• 1 1/2 cups (375mL) broccoli florets
• 4 Oz. (125g) light cream cheese
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 1/4 cup (60mL) whole milk
• 1/4 cup (60mL) sundried tomato strips, well drained
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 10 min
Instructions:
1. Cook pasta, adding broccoli during last 2 minutes of cooking, drain.
2. Combine cream cheese, Molly McButter® and milk in saucepan.
3. Heat and stir with wire whisk until smooth.
4. Stir in cooked pasta and broccoli and stir to combine.
5. Add sundried tomatoes and toss.
6. Sprinkle with black pepper.
