Honey Carrots

Ingredients:
• 1 lb (500g) baby carrots
• 2 Tbsp. (15mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 2 Tbsp. (15mL) honey
• 1 tsp (5mL) ground ginger

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 10 min
Instructions:
1. Cook carrots in boiling water until tender, about 10 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, combine Molly McButter®, honey and ground ginger in a small bowl, mixing until smooth.
3. Drain carrots, place back in saucepan and stir in Molly McButter® mixture until carrots are well coated.
4. Serve hot.
