Grilled Citrus Halibut

Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
• 2 tsp (10mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 1/4 cup (60mL) lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) lime juice
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) honey Dijon mustard
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) olive oil
• 1 lb (500g) halibut cut into 4 Oz. (114g) pieces

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 10 min
Instructions:
1. Combine first five ingredients in resealable plastic bag.
2. Add halibut and seal bag.
3. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Remove halibut and discard marinade.
5. Grill at medium high, 4-5 minutes per side, or until fish flakes easily.
