Grilled Citrus Swordfish

Ingredients:
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
• 2 tsp (10mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 1/4 cup (60mL) lemon juice
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) lime juice
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) honey Dijon mustard
• 1 lb (454g) swordfish, cut into four 4 Oz. (114g) pieces
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) olive oil

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 35 min
Cook Time: 6 min
Instructions:
1. Combine first 6 ingredients in resealable plastic bag.
2. Add swordfish and seal bag.
3. Marinate in refrigerator 30 minutes.
4. Remove swordfish and discard marinade.
5. Grill at medium high, 3 - 4 minutes per side or until fish flakes easily.
