Glazed Chicken

Ingredients:
• 4 boneless, skinless chicken breast halves
• 4 tsp (20mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) hot water
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) low sodium soy sauce
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) apricot jam
• 4 Tbsp. (60mL) slivered almonds

Serves: 4
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 14 min to 15 min
Instructions:
1. Lightly spray a large non-stick skillet with vegetable oil and place over medium heat.
2. Brown chicken breasts about 4 minutes per side.
3. Mix hot water and Molly McButter® until smooth, whisk in soy sauce and apricot jam.
4. Pour sauce over chicken pieces, cover skillet, simmer for 10 minutes.
5. Remove cover, baste chicken with pan juices and cook for another 5 minutes or until chicken juices run clear.
6. Spoon sauce over chicken pieces and garnish with almonds to serve.
