Lean & Luscious Bread Pudding

Ingredients:
• 2 cups (500mL) skim milk
• 1 14 Oz. (392g) can fat free sweetened condensed milk
• 2 cups (500mL) chunky applesauce
• 1 8 Oz. (250mL) carton egg substitute
• 4 Tbsp. (60mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavor Sprinkles
• 1 1/2 loaves 24 Oz. (679g) day old cinnamon raisin bread, cut into 1" (2.5cm) cubes 8 cups (2000mL)

Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 45 min to 55 min
Instructions:
1. Combine first five ingredients.
2. Stir in bread cubes.
3. Spray 13 x 9" (32.5cm x 22.5cm) baking dish with cooking spray.
4. Pour bread cube mixture into baking dish.
5. Bake at 350°F (180°C) 45-55 minutes or until knife inserted near center comes out clean.
