Sauteed Veggies

Ingredients:
• 2 tsp (10mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Sprinkles
• 2 tsp (10mL) Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend
• 2 medium white onions, thinly sliced
• 3 small zucchini squash, thinly sliced
• 1/2 cup (120mL) green bell pepper, thinly sliced
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) olive oil
Serves: 6
Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 8 min to 10 min
Instructions:
1. Heat oil in large skillet.
2. Add onions and cook until lightly browned.
3. Stir in zucchini and green bell pepper.
4. Sprinkle with Molly McButter® Natural Butter Sprinkles and Mrs. Dash® Lemon Pepper.
5. Cook, stirring occasionally, until zucchini is tender.
6. Serve hot.
