Shrimp, Broccoli and Rice

Ingredients:
• 1 cup (240mL) long grain rice
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Molly McButter®
• 16 large shrimp, shelled and deveined
• 1 Tbsp. (15mL) Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend
• 1 Tbsp. (15mL) olive oil
• 2 cups (480mL) broccoli florets

Prep Time: 10 min
Cook Time: 20 min
Instructions:
1. Prepare rice by bringing 2 cups (480mL) water to a boil, add Molly McButter® and then add rice. Cook according to package directions.
2. Meanwhile, steam broccoli for 5 minutes.
3. Place shrimp in large bowl, toss with Mrs. Dash® Garlic and Herb Seasoning Blend. Add olive oil to large skillet, heat over medium high heat, add shrimp and cook until pink or cooked through.
4. Place rice on a large platter, arrange broccoli attractively around the rice. Lay the shrimp on top of the rice and serve.
