Red Hot Chicken Strips

Ingredients:
• 1 lb. (454g) boneless, skinless, chicken breast halves, cut crossways into thin strips
• 1/3 cup (80mL) fat free Italian dressing
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Molly McButter® Natural Butter Flavored Sprinkles
• 1/4 cup (60mL) hot sauce

Cook Time: 11 min
Instructions:
1. Cook and stir chicken strips in a medium skillet, over medium-heat heat, sprayed with no-stick spray for 5-6 minutes.
2. Combine Italian dressing, Molly McButter® and hot sauce in a small bowl. Pour over chicken strips and simmer for 5 minutes.
3. Remove chicken strips from pan and serve hot with fat free blue cheese dressing, if desired.
