Fruity Couscous

Ingredients:
• 1 cup (240mL) hot water
• 2 Tbsp. (30mL) Molly McButter
• 1/2 cup (120mL) dried whole wheat couscous
• 1 tsp. (5mL) Mrs. Dash® Original Blend
• 1/2 cup (120mL) dried apricots, cut into small pieces
• 1/2 cup (120mL) dried cranberries
• 1/4 cup (60mL) toasted slivered almonds
Serves: 4
Prep Time: 15 min
Cook Time: 5 min
Instructions:
1. In a small saucepan, add water and Molly McButter®, bring to a boil. Turn off heat and stir in couscous and Mrs. Dash® Original Blend, cover and let stand for 15 minutes.
2. Remove cover, toss with a fork, add apricots, cranberries and slivered almonds.
3. Serve warm or at room temperature.
