Baked Tomato

Ingredients:
• 2 large vine-ripened tomatoes cut in half
• 3 Tbsp. (18g) Molly McButter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles
• 1 Tbsp. (15mL) dried parsley
• 1/2 cup (120mL) dry bread crumbs
• 3 Tbsp. (45mL) olive oil

Prep Time: 5 min
Cook Time: 30 min
Instructions:
1. Put the tomatoes on a nonstick baking dish, cut sides up.
2. Combine Molly McButter® Natural Cheese Flavor Sprinkles, parsley, bread crumbs and olive oil in a small bowl. Sprinkle each tomato with an equal portion of the mixture.
3. Bake tomatoes in a preheated oven 360° (160Cº) for 30 minutes, or until crusty.
4. Sprinkle top with dried parsley before serving if desired.
